Cecilia Cackley est un marionnettiste du courant continu de Washington. Elle a créé et a exécuté des marionnettes pour l'émission de télévision Cuentos y Mas, aussi bien que la première de courant continu de la 4.48 Psychose de Sarah Kane. Cecilia travaille aussi comme un directeur de la scéne a Washington. Elle est enthousiasmée pour jouer en Avignon pour la première fois.

The Garage International is the only totally non-French venue run by a Japanese artist living in Australia. The programme is diverse and international.
