Show resume

This clown with an Italian accent accompanied by his endearing flower Margarita and his suitcases, guides us in his magical, poetic and absurd world. This sensitive and generous character manages to make us laugh as much as to move us by making us live a delicious moment of gracefulness to share with the entire family.

A cartoon illustration of a man with a suitcase leaving his country to go working abroad was one of my sources of inspiration to create this show. This echoed my family history and the life course of my Italian immigrant parents who came to work in France in the 1950s. This image and my work as a clown actor collided and they found a place between my childhood memories and my experience of the young audience show. The constituent images of this show came to me naturally: the suitcase that prepares us for the journey, the train that takes us towards the unknown and finally the Italian accent inspired by my origins.
Magic also holds an important place, because I like to mix its power of fascination with the sensibility and poetry conveyed by the clown.
It is in this way that we wrote in collaboration with Olivier Labiche and created "Karabistouille ".

"A lunar and burlesque character" La Gazette de Montpellier
"The magician charmed the audience with the poetry of his tricks" Le Progrès.
"We come out of this spectacle with a child's soul, Karabistouille brings us into his universe, a world of magic and tenderness. A lovely fable to go and see with the family."

For the Chaotik company, creation does not come out of emptiness but of a prior chaos.
The idea is to talk to each one of us of imaginary, laughing and clumsiness of men when they flirt with their dreams.
Chaotik explores a universe that is both sensitive and clownish by highlighting laughter because it is one of the most beautiful exchanges that one can have with the public.
A subtle laugh caused by the sensitivity of the characters. An artistic approach resulting from the willingness to make the theatre accessible to all by being non-exclusive.
